Building was very old needs updating

The room I had was nicely arranged with a bedroom that had a double bed and even a jacuzzi tub 🛁.

The staff was real friendly and helpful

For the price you would think there would be newer furniture in the suites.

The breakfast was great. The staff was consistently courteous. The grounds were fairly clean. The room was good-sized with a double bed and essentials required. The great service and shuttle to local attractions far exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay in this lovely hotel, the staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel's location, just a short distance from the Museum of Science and Industry, was excellent and convenient. The area around the hotel was beautiful and close to the market, main attractions, casino, and Busch Gardens park. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options. The service provided by the staff was outstanding.

Room temp was freezing, could not adjust to higher temp

The location was great for our purposes. Close to Busch Gardens and plenty of restaurants.

I was unable to reach ANYONE to ask for room service or housekeeping. Finally was able to get room service by dialing the restaurant directly. There were 4 of us registered as guests - only condiments and towels for two. I finally left a message on the manager's phone line because, literally, no other line we tried was EVER answered. A bit frustrating when you need towels.

Had a great stay here over the holidays. The rooms were nice and had both feather and hypo-allergenic pillows. Location was awesome, super close to everything we needed! 🌟

There were not enough towels, there were no blankets for the sofa bed, I called reception and they couldn't solve the problem

The convenience of the hotel being so close to the USF campus is perfect!

There was a Homecoming Dance on Saturday night (the night we stayed). There were about six students who somehow managed to get past security and get on the lift with us. They were extremely loud and rude.

The hotel was easy to find. The breakfast with made-to-order omelettes was incredibly nice. The staff were very very nice.
